TERMS OF SERVICES

ACCESS TO YARD

The customer gives PAWZ POOP POLICE EMPLOYEES permission to enter the cleanup area for the days and time agreed upon to perform services, as well as on any rescheduled date/time due to customer conflict, holidays, weather, etc.

We are dog parents also. We do not want to become the poo! NO AGGRESSIVE DOG(S) OUTSIDE WHILE WE PERFORM OUR SERVICE.

Gates must be unlocked prior to service arrival time. If we can’t access the area needing to be cleaned due to a locked gate or aggressive dog(s) in the yard, the poop cleanup will be skipped and will resume on the next scheduled date.
(Customer will be charged for missed service in addition to a $5 driving fee)

OUR SERVICE Guarantee

We stand by our moto "WE GIVE A POOP ABOUT YOUR POOP". We will police the area and apprehend all poops and report any suspicious poops that may suggest your pet is not feeling well. We will check that gates are closed upon leaving the premises.

WEATHER

We work all year long through the rain and cold but we cannot work during dangerous conditions such as continuous heavy rains, thunderstorms, snow/ice, high winds, or extreme high/low temperatures. If we have lite snow and can find the poop we will be on dooty.

If weather conditions keep us from your scheduled date, we will resume cleanup on the next scheduled date. No refunds can be issued for missed day due to inclement weather as we still have to clean all the poop that was missed on that day. If you need poop cleanup before the next scheduled date, give us a call and we will try to accommodate.

HOLIDAYS

No service will be performed on the following holidays: New years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

If your cleanup is missed because of a holiday, we will not issue a refund, because we will clean up on the next scheduled date.

BILLING

Billing is based upon a yearly average of 52 weeks = 4 weeks a month. If hired for weekly services, payment is due the 4th week of service and you will receive an email invoice. We accept check, cash, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp and credit/debit cards. ( 3.99% will be charge to Credit/debit card users ) Declined card payments for more than 48 hours will result in a suspended account until payments are received. Delinquent accounts more than 28 days will go into collections. Payments for one time service are due upon completion and No checks accepted. Poop happens, Therefore you may cancel or put accounts on hold anytime.

NOTICE

Client cancellations must be given at least 48 hours in advance or the daily agreed upon rate will still apply.

Time and Day of scheduled services may change due to Route Efficiency.
